Emulsion Transforms a Triplex Apartment in London’s Iconic Barbican Estate

Emulsion Architecture, who are a London based proactive was commissioned to update the residence while remaining sympathetic to the Grade II-listed complex. The original building was designed by Chamberlin, Powell and Bon in the 1950s.

The three-story apartment houses a kitchen and a spacious living room that open onto balconies which overlook the post-war complex, alongside two bedrooms and bathrooms.
